This award was given for the integration of SMS text polling technology into the conferencing environment.

2006. Continuing, Distance Education Achievement Awards, Innovation Award: Justice and Safety Institute IT Team: This award recognizes an individual or team that transforms challenges into opportunities in innovative ways, enabling the unit to better meet client needs. This award was given for innovative design of online learning modules, that were scenario based.

2003. Continuing Education Achievement Awards, Team Award, recognizing teamwork that has contributed significantly to accomplishing the goals of the outreach organization: The 2002 Rural Women’s Health Conference Planning Team.
